ECOVIC is running a Deewa Kalin Special School for mentally retarded children at Gaya Our main objective is to uplift the IQ level and make them self dependent so that they can be main streamed into our society and they should not be considered as a liability or burden to any one. Supported by Directorate of Social Security. Since Dec 2012 to still in continuation.

The organization is running Dilploma in Education, Special Education, Mental Retardation { D.Ed SE (MR)} professional course in the field of Disability. The duration of the course is of two years. The examination is conducted by (NIHM) National institute for mentally handicapped ,Sikundrabad and course is affiliated by Rehabilitation Council of India, under MSJ &E, Govt. of India. So many batch is completed successfully. Each batch has the capacity of 25 students.We train them the teaching Skills, Disabilities Management, Rehabilitation and Community Based Rehabilitation. In outreach programme teacher trainees are deputed to organize free checkup camp for identification of MR and HI children in district. This is affiliated to Rehabilitaion Council India ,New delhi since 2008 still in continuation.

ECOVIC is running Open Shelter for Street Children at Gaya to look after the children who are involved in rag picking, destitute, orphaned, run away children, rag pickers, migrated children etc. of Gaya district supported by Directorate of Social Welfare. 491 rescued children brought here and restored to their families. 2013 to still

ECOVIC is running a Adoption Home to take care of the infants. People unwilling to take care of the babies are dumping them on pavements and garbage bins even in trains also.This adoption home takes care of such children at its centre till the child is adopted following the procedures of SARA and CARA.This Programme is supported by Directorate of Social welfare.since the year 2015 to still in continuation.

ECOVIC is running SAHARA (OLD AGE HOME) a well thought initiative for the shelter of old age person (SAHARA) taken by the Govt. of Bihar for the most dejected ,neglected old age person especially belonging to BPL family or whose income less than 60,000 per anum to take care of the basic needs of the sick and poorest of poor elderly people who dwell on the streets lack of care and concern from their own children or family members.
Presently it is catering to the needs of providing shelter, clothing, food, medical attention, spiritual and emotional support to old age persons These old persons are mostly selected from the BPL families who were the most sufferer to provide shelter and care till their last breath sponsored by Directorate of Social Security since 2014 to still in continuation.

ECOVIC is running Jagriti IRCA Drug de Addiction centre since 1999 in the district of Kaimur with support of the Ministry of Social justice and Empowerment, Government of India, More than 1500 persons with drug addiction were treated and more than 10000 people benefitted from the awareness programme. Period 1999

ECOVIC has been involved in Targeted Intervention Programme HIV/Aids Prevention in the district of Kaimur, Bihar with the support of Bihar State Aids Control Society, Patna since 2005. More than 6000 people benefitted out of this programme so far. ECOVIC has been actively involved since 2003 in rehabilitation services of the persons with disabilities especially for the children with intellectual disability in the district of Gaya, Bihar. ECOVIC has been running a special school for the children with intellectual disability in Gaya, Bihar along with teachers training Institute for the special educators in the field of intellectual disability recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi. More than 300 children with hearing and/or intellectual disability were benefitted.
